The last 20 percent. Finally.
The Workshop
You are standing in a cluttered workshop. Half-built projects are stacked against every wall. Each one stops at exactly the same place: right after the hard, interesting part, and right before the buttons, the settings screen and the readme.
Someone has finally started carrying them out the door, finished, one at a time. A machine at the bench does a lot of the sanding and painting. A person still decides what leaves the room.
look at projects
- Wandur (finished) is a directory of MUDs, the text worlds that have been running since the eighties, and WMC, an open-source desktop client for playing them. It has been carried out the door.
- Strayta (in progress) sits on the bench: open-source libraries and an editor for layered image files, starting with Photoshop's PSD.
- A great many other projects are piled in the corner, waiting their turn.
exits
- out wandur.net, the MUD directory
- down the WMC client source
- east Strayta, on the bench
- north all of it on GitHub
